No Menu/Access Denied

You click your TV and it does not give you a menu or you get the "Access Denied: Remote Use is set for...


  • First, for Group Access, right click the TV go to Edit and look for the Group that the TV is under and put your tag on. Try clicking the tv for access.
  • For Owner access this means the TV is set for "Owner Only" access. You will either A) have to get the owner to set the tv to Public use or B) follow the steps listed below if you have "Editing Rights" privileges.
  • Try doing a search in local chat.
